This 31 year old female presented with a ruptured saline implant on the left side and mild capsular contracture on the right and she also desired to go slightly bigger. Dr. Christopoulos performed an implant exchange, capsule work, and placement of new silicone high profile implants, 400cc each, to achieve these results at 6 months postop.

This 46 year old female underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone implants, 325 cc, high profile, in a dual plane submuscular pocket. These results are 3 months postop.
This 44 year old patient had previously undergone a breast augmentation by a different surgeon. She presented with capsular contracture, severe asymmetry and enlarged areolas. She underwent a revision mastopexy augmentation, placing new silicone implants together with a vertical or “lollipoop” breast lift.
