This 33 year old female had previously undergone a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants in a sub glandular plane by a different surgeon. She came to see Dr. Christopoulos because she was unhappy with the visible rippling and the droopiness of her breasts. Dr. Christopoulos performed a bilateral circumareolar or “donut” breast lift with high profile silicone implants (325cc) in a new sub muscular plane.
